So, this news about linking up LJ to FB and Twitter has everyone nervous, as you may have already seen. Like everyone else I know, I don't mind so much the option of cross-posting to FB or Twitter when I post to LJ, though I don't plan to use it. So my LJ paid account ran out yesterday, and as annoying as I find the ads and the lack of all my icons, I'm finding that the latest shady LJ fail is enough that I don't want to give them my money anymore. I've just installed my first custom mood theme, thanks to fahrbotdrusilla's beautiful work. It's all DW season 3. And, I realize, that means it might be a bit spoilery for those of you who haven't seen the last three episodes yet. Eek! I'll try not to use those moods yet. Heh. The vast majority of my moods are "tired" or "exhausted" anyway. Hee.

I've been trying to figure out how to add a blogroll to LJ (if anyone knows, please tell me), and in the process decided I needed to upgrade, even if just for the sake of more icons!
